Motor Barge Everton loaded with piling arisings at King’s Cross. Our barges removed circa 3500 tonnes of material from this site, taking well over 200 lorry journeys off the road.

Welfare pontoons enable site welfare to be positioned on the canal saving valuable site space and reducing enabling works for waterside sites.

We are experts in complex marine projects - here we lifted the approx 5t upper storey of a refurbished barge to enable it to be moved back to it’s mooring. At the mooring we lifted the upper storey back into position.

We operate the largest fleet of Bantam push tugs. These plucky little tugs were built in the 50’s and 60’s and are ideally suited for moving heavy loads on the constrained waters of the canal network. Though our tugs have been upgraded to meet modern standards we are proud of the heritage of our fleet.

Jumbo is an example of our specialist engineering input to solve problems. Built for works with CRT the vessel is the only one on the inland waterways to feature two hiab cranes. This enables work to take place on both sets of gates at the same time resulting in time savings and more efficient use of stoppage periods.
