Our commitments

Never offer, promise, give, request or accept a bribe or improper advantage. Prohibit facilitation payments, kickbacks, undisclosed arrangements and off-book records. Allow only reasonable, proportionate and transparent gifts or hospitality that cannot influence a business decision; cash and cash equivalents are not acceptable.

Maintain accurate financial and commercial records and apply proportionate checks to relevant third parties. Compete fairly and avoid price fixing, market sharing, bid rigging and other anti-competitive practices. Encourage early reporting of concerns and protect those who refuse improper conduct or raise concerns in good faith.

Responsibility

The Senior Management Team oversees compliance and the Managing Director leads day-to-day implementation. This policy applies to employees, directors, contractors, consultants, agents and others acting for or on behalf of WHH.

This is a concise public statement of WHH's policy commitments. The controlled internal policy, supporting procedures, records and approval status are maintained separately within the WHH management system.
