WHH provides vessels, equipment, storage and experienced crews for estates, landowners, marinas and waterway authorities. We can manage aquatic weed and floating litter, support dredging and vegetation work, or inspect, repair and maintain locks, weirs, channels and waterside structures.

Jumbo is WHH's specialist lock-gate replacement barge. Its two cranes allow work at both ends of the lock without reconfiguring the site between operations.
The large hold can carry the plant, temporary works and materials for a complete stoppage in one movement, cutting mobilisation time and keeping the lock chamber organised throughout the programme.

Unusually small lock

An adaptable split pontoon was fitted with stabilising beams, a crane chassis and HIAB crane to create a capable lifting platform within a lock too small for a conventional crane barge.
