Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
WHH has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in its own operations and supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity.
Our commitments
Make employees aware of modern slavery risks and how to raise a concern. Assess new suppliers and subcontractors proportionately, including relevant competence, health, safety and environmental information and business references. Consider modern slavery risk within supplier selection, procurement and ongoing commercial relationships.
Act promptly where a concern is identified and cooperate with competent authorities where required. Protect people who raise genuine concerns in good faith and prohibit retaliation. Review our controls and supply-chain approach as our activities and risks change.
Responsibility
Management oversees implementation. Employees, subcontractors and associated persons are expected to remain alert to warning signs and report suspected exploitation without delay.
This is a concise public statement of WHH's policy commitments. The controlled internal policy, supporting procedures, records and approval status are maintained separately within the WHH management system.
