Our commitments

Understand customer, statutory, contractual and technical requirements before work begins. Plan and deliver work using competent people, suitable plant and controlled methods. Ensure materials, components and systems conform to relevant designated standards, certifications and field-of-application requirements.

Meet agreed programmes and commitments and communicate openly when conditions or requirements change. Record, investigate and resolve non-conformities and customer concerns, taking corrective and preventive action where appropriate. Develop our people, review performance and improve our services, systems and working methods continually.

Responsibility

Senior management maintains the quality system and provides the resources needed to implement it. Everyone working for WHH is responsible for the quality of their work and for raising issues that could affect the agreed outcome.

This is a concise public statement of WHH's policy commitments. The controlled internal policy, supporting procedures, records and approval status are maintained separately within the WHH management system.
